Telangana CM Chandrashekhar Rao writes to PM Modi to extend lockdown

The lockout of 21 days was done by the Prime Minister from 25 March, which will end on 14 April.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had said that he would appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to extend the lockdown to investigate the spread of corona virus in the country. It was announced by the Prime Minister on 24 March. And at the same time he also said that this same social distancing is the only way through which we can fight against Corona Virus.

K. Chandrasekhar Rao is popularly known as the Chief Minister of Telangana, a top bureaucrat in Uttar Pradesh also indicated that the state may not have a lockout on April 14.
